Subject: Esc key is not working on closing chat window
I do not use tabs. In my current configuration there are 2 key combinations to close chat window: Esc and Ctrl+W.

Ctrl+w closes the chat window, and Esc - does not.

Does this happen also when input box is focused (so, does Esc not work also when you are typing?)
Do you remember when it worked last time?
Are you using any patches? Psi+?

Yes, it does. Esc does not close chat window both while typing and when my input area is free (while focus is in chat window). When focus in roster window, it closes by Esc key.

It work yesterday :). The functionality stopped working after update from Psi 0.13 (packaged with openSuSE distribution) to Psi 0.15-dev.

I do not use any patches (I have downloaded rpm package, so I have not compiled Psi by myself). My Psi window is named as "Psi+". I do not know, what does it mean, but it is.

It definitely seems like you're running Psi+. It's built with lots of patches applied against development version of Psi source code. So, basically, you're on your own here (-:E
I'd suggest switching to 0.14 from from your distro's repositories.
