vlas would you be so kind and provide appropriate ts file for public domain? It will be a kind of  guarantee, that you work will not be lost.
I'm using your translation and I have to say that it's a good work, but sometimes I have troubles with user moods, which often have different translation to other languages. But i think that it's general translation problems and it's almost impossible for one person to dill with it.

Would it make sense if I provide the .ts on the same download page?  Or would that be confusing to some users?  I require the .TS from the translators, but I really only need it to parse out the language name and a few other fields for inclusion on the website, I don't actually do anything with the content otherwise, so I have not been obtaining the latest .ts file from vlas. 

I'm asking this from a webmaster point of view, not a Ukranian langpack point of view.

Well, not users.  What I mean is how can we improve this process you two are going through?  How can teams of people interested in collaborating on the same langpack work together more easily?  You guys can use this forum to discuss suggestions for improvements to be made to the website that I can consider implementing.

We need to set up SVN for translators, we've just not gotten around to it. Maybe after 0.12's release would be an ideal time to do it.

hi all.
Thanks to user yulomon, he updated me the .ts file, so:
1. Now menu item "Shortcuts" (all the stuff in it) is translated.
2. For the complete translation users need also qt_uk.qm file. It needs to be put in the same directory with psi_uk.qm.

halr9000, I think you should change the instruction on the main page. My suggestion - is to put psi_uk.qm and qt_uk.qm in one single archive. If you are agree with me, I'll give you modified text of the instruction.

Вказівки із встановлення пакету Українського перекладу
 1) Будь ласка, завантажте український переклад, натиснувши на посилання "Psi translation - Українська" а також на "Qt translation - Українська" на верху цієї сторінки.

 2) Розташуйте файли psi_uk.qm та qt_uk.qm у директорії, у залежності від Вашої операційной системи:

GNU/Linux - зробіть копії psi_uk.qm та qt_uk.qm у вашому домашньому каталозі $HOME/.psi/

Windows 95/98/Me - зробіть копії psi_uk.qm та qt_uk.qm у C:\Program Files\Psi\psidata\ (якщо Ви встановили Psi у інше місце - перевірте шляхи).

Windows 2000/XP - існує два способи:
a) Зробіть копії psi_uk.qm та qt_uk.qm у C:\Program Files\Psi\   (якщо Ви встановили Psi у інше місце, перевірте шляхи).
 b) Якщо Ви не маєте адміністративних повноважень у Вашій системі, зробіть копії psi_uk.qm та qt_uk.qm у C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\psidata\   (перевірте, що Ваше ім'я користувача вірне та розташоване там).

Після цього запустіть Psi, натисніть в головному меню General -> Change Profile (попередньо від'єднавши усі облікові записи від мережі) і оберіть в якості мови Українську.

I'm not updating this until I hear back from the Trolls.  I'm asking if there is a community they maintain or suggest that hosts the qt_* files so that others can benefit from your work.
