Shouldn't UA be used as two-letter identifier for Ukraine (in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)? UK is an exceptional reservation of United Kingdom.

UKR is a three-letter identifier for Ukraine (in ISO 3166-1 alpha-3).

Well, UK is the two-letter ISO language code in this context, not the country code for the United Kingdom.  Don't know what UA is but it's not on the ISO tables that I've seen.

As everyone who knows me knows, I'm a monoglot.  I didn't make up this scheme and I'm learning as I go on this i18n stuff.  Whatever QT uses in its translation software is what we should use.

You're right. ISO 639-1 language code for Ukrainian is UK, not UA. My mistake. :)

Don't think, that this translation is full of mistakes. A couple of my friends use my psi_uk.qm and tell me about some setbacks every time when they find one. So I'm trying to fix them as fast as I can, and give the updated file.
