Subject: Move accounts
I setup several accounts in my PSI. They appear in a certain order in my Roster. How can I change that order? I tried right click "move up or down" but such option inexists.

Thanks.

This is my way of doing it:

In config.xml file there is <sortStyle> node (in preferences - general - roster). It has three child nodes:
   <sortStyle>
     <contact>status</contact>
     <group>alpha</group>
     <account>rank</account>
    </sortStyle>
You have to set value of <account> node to "rank". In the same file there are <account> nodes. In every <account> node there is <groupState> node:
  <groupState>
    <group open="true" name="/\/login@example.com\/\" rank="2" />
    <group open="true" name="Agents/Transports" rank="0" />
    <group open="true" name="General" rank="0" />
   </groupState>
Now the rule is simple: lower rank means higher in roster.

Thats just great, thanks. Maybe a good FR, however to have an easier way like an option Move up/Move down as other programs offer?

I love the PSI features but sometimes I think some things can have better usability, simpler to use.

If you have Options->Misc->Inactivity events turned on, just close your window, and it will send an 'end of conversation' command.

Thanks a lot, Spike. So if I close the chat window it will send that command and person will see I ended conversation? Isnt it a bit strange? I mean I could just close the chat window but not want to end the conversation. I would think there would be some other way to end conversation, send some command manually, no?

Anyways, Machekku, thanks and lets hope the move account feature is there in 0.12 :) Its not critical of course, but a nice little feature so you dont have to edit XMLs and you can organize the roster in whichever way you want.

Is there some roadmap where we can see what requests were accepted? Anyways, your answers here are more then enough and I thank you.

If I remember well, this behavior is recommended by the XEP. And yes, this doesn't work well for some users who close windows more frequently then this XEP author.
And honestly, I always feel strange when I see "x ended the conversation" message, and I don't like this feature.

It's too late for 0.12..
