First of all, I'm not sure whether Psi-0.11-RC1 for Windows is compiled with spellchecking support.

Anyway, please try setting LANG environment variable (see English or Polish Psi Wiki article about PSIDATADIR variable on how to do it) to PL, PL-pl or PL_pl. After restarting Psi (because Aspell library is already loaded and won't respond to the language selection change) Polish dictionary should be used.

If not, please assure that you have Polish Aspell dictionaries (see http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/w32/Aspell-pl-0.50-2-3.exe for a setup) in aspell\dict directory (of the same directory as psi.exe file).

FYI, setting LANG to pl works for me. However, some users of previous Psi-0.11 test/nightly versions reported that pl did not work for them and had to use PL_pl, but they were mostly Linux users.
