Excellent work.  I'm working on inserting a link on the download page for you. I've decided to link from the download page to this forum thread so that your explanation and pointer to the readme is seen clearly.  Consequently, let myself or a mod know if you'd like the top post updated in the future.

Question regarding some things in your changelog:
    - When the "Raise chat window on receiving new messages" (or the "Raise
Roster Window On New Event") option was set, the chat (or the roster)
window also took the keyboard focus instead of just bringing itself to
      front.

    - When the "Open chats in tabbed mode" option was in action, the
confirnation dialog appearing when the chat window is to be closed
rapidly after receiving a new event, was ignored.

    - [Win32] The "Raise window..." function didn't actually put the
relevant window on top of the currently active window.
I know the code may differ since yours is QT3, but if these bugs still exist in 0.11 it'd be nice if you pointed out where the flaws are and the nature of your fixes to our dev team.

The second issue got fixed, AFAIR. The other two might be still in Psi-0.11, just have to double-check them (I'll do that when I'm back home).

Looks like the third issue has been corrected. I'm not convinced (I'm still researching the problem) about bringing the window to the top and grabbing focus on Windows.

halr9000, thanks :)

About the download link: wouldn't it be smpler just to point it to http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/wiki/Psi on the Downloads page? It contains almost the same information as I posted here.

About the things in the changelog.

1. Grabbing focus in "Raise chat window on receiving new messages" and "Raise Roster Window On New Event" was fixed by fixing bringToFront() where the grabFocus argument was just ignored. See http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/44, http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/45, http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/46 (note that 46 was applied after http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/20 was applied to the original source which (patch, not the source) was a quick and ill fix :)

2. The chat closure confirmation dialog misbehavior was fixed in http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/47.

3. The "Raise window..." funciton on Win32 was fixed in http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/64. This fix became necessary after I applied http://svn.netlabs.org/qtapps/changeset/44. Earlier, bringToFront() would just always make the window active and therefore the top-most, so the problem didn't exist. I've also disabled all the tricky magic in showNoFocus() (that didn't properly work according to my observations) and replaced it with the bringToFront() call as on all other platforms.
