Subject: Forum performance
Made some db changes advised by BartVB.  Seems a little better to me, but I wouldn't say "the problem is fixed".  Tell me what your experiences are please.

p.s. halr9000.com also affected, if you notice any speed change +/- there i'd appreciate knowing.

I don't remember seeing a "bad forum performance" post around here... is there a place where this is discussed?

It's mostly been 1-1 jabbering between me and Kev.  It's a real problem though.
