Subject: Development Site?
Hey,
shouldn't this point to QCA2 and Qt4 for the development stuff?
I do assume, the psi-snapshots are for qt4 and qca2, isn't it?

Dependencies
This is new folks! Note that QCA is now an external library, rather than included in the Psi CVS. You must satisfy these library dependencies before compiling Psi.
Qt (version 3.1+)
QCA (version 1.0+)
