Subject: 0.10-test4 release

Hopefully the final chapter in the continuing saga of Psi-0.10, the fourth test release, is ready. Apart from some bugfixes, the only commentable change in this release is the removal of some of the legacy iconsets which we were concerned about the copyright of. We will not have a new iconset/logo for 0.10 (Which I hope to put out next week), but will make a minor release soon after, as soon as they're ready.
Once 0.10 is out of the door, development will concentrate on the Qt4 port and Jingle support, which is pretty much what's been happening anyway.

Psi-0.10 is not dependant on KDE. This option to configure script had no effect, so it got dropped somewhere around Psi-0.10-test3.

Did you fix the tabs? I don't see tabs in the options for windows.

What are the bugs got fixed, could you please list them?

Build problems, a bug with tabs where the history was always/never cleared, and a bug with disappearing message dialogs when starting to chat.
