Just an idea that came into my mind:

What do you guys think about an official Psi chatroom on a popular public server? It could be great for answering quick questions, testing psi's muc abilities  :-D (e.g. new topics announced in channel?)

well, just a quick idea.
what do you think?

How about psi@conference.jabber.ru? conference.jabber.ru supports all MUC's features.

Ok, it's there now. Even the server-side chatlogs are available: http://www.jabber.ru/chatlogs/psi@conference.jabber.ru

I can't connect. After a long period of waiting, i get: "Cannot connect. Reason: " XML console says that i get a server timeout.

Ah, dunno why, but if I use the Service discovery thingy then I can login into psi@conference.jabber.ru just like that, no problems at all.

Doesn't work either. I think i tried connecting to jabber.ru in the past (to try services like IRC), but didn't succeed either. Maybe it's an amessage thing.

I know people that have had problems with service discovery on other servers and amessage. (Of course, right below your post is somebody that hasn't ;))

Conference works fine, but this log...
Favicon downloads fine :P, then it hangs up...
If you want something to be done right, do it yourself.
