Props to Xfigio for the idea to post a static tracking thread in the forums.  How it works is that you subscribe to be notified of updates to this thread, and when new releases come out we will update it.  This will be used for the following:

- New major versions (e.g. 1.0)
- New minor versions (e.g. 0.9.1)
- New "official" test versions (e.g. 0.9.1-test1)

In case its not obvious, the test versions are when coding absolutely stops on the CVS version and we test-test-test for no less than a week.  Any last minute bugfixes are made, then we release.

This thread will be closed so that only official postings are made.
