Subject: How send message to all?
I use ejabberd as chat server on Office LAN

There are 5 groups: accounting, sales, technical, finance, and management.
How to send mass message to all users in those groups?

I don't want do right click, then choose send message to group 5 times.. i just want instant mass message to them all.

How to do that?

i test with, admin -> send server message, but sometime it doesn't work :(
please help me.. thank you

I guess your best bet is to make everyone join the same groupchat.

hmm.. that's not flexible..
i just want to make / send anouncement to them about internet down/up, maintenance, etc

i think Psi should add this feature.. this really painfull to copy and send my message to each group

Idea!
New feture request: ability to add chat and message windows to 'Bookmarks' menu. Then we can create chat or message window, fill field 'To' and add it to Bookmark. In this case we will can create several bookmarks with different groups of reciplients.
I think it will be convenient and so elegant.

Shura, that's really great idea.. i really want and waiting for that feature..

i hope in bookmark support to add individual user and group of users.

so, i can set, for example bookmark1: group of accounting + my boss
