Subject: Group Chat logs
Have just migrated to Psi for a client who decided to use Openfire instead of IRC for large group chats.  I am using a Macintosh, Psi v.012-RC2.  The client allows me to do pretty much what I need to do, save for the following

Where are group chat logs stored on my local computer?  I need to access them for content for the client.

Is it possible for me to create a shortcut to ban people, similar to the IRC /ban <nick> protocol? (I know there is ban option when I right click a username, but I'm looking for speed here).

Thanks for any help.

Groupchats are not yet logged by Psi.  Currently, only regular chats are logged.

You ban people so often you need a shortcut? :)

Yes, we do actually.  We moderate a room with 500+ concurrent people and over 2000 joins several times a week.  It was no problem with IRC because we had good ban and anti-flood scripts.  Unfortunately our client has gone to a jabber-based server and we've lost quite a bit of flexibility for group chat control.

We like Psi best of all the clients we've tried, but would like to get a juiced up version for our needs.  Anyone interested, we will pay!  Yes, we're desperate.

There is work in progress for a slash-command replacement for Psi. Perhaps Textshell would share his work prior to it going into mainline with you, if it's ready, and if you're desperate :)

Posting him a link to this thread...
